When you sign up to Spinnup or have an account with us, we will send you emails depending on what you have subscribed to. For example, if you have opted-in to receive our marketing emails you may receive newsletters and partner offers, or we might send guidance emails with best practice tips for your releases and career. At the very least, every artist will receive automatic emails at certain points, for example when you submit a release, when you request to change your password or withdraw your royalties.
Any email you receive from us will always be from an email address the ends in @spinnup.com and will have use official Spinnup header and footer with our logo. If you receive an email claiming to be from Spinnup that doesn’t look right, please do not click any links or download any attachments as it may be a phishing scam. If you do receive an email like this, please delete it right away. You can always contact our support team to check that any email you received from Spinnup is legitimate.
