A pre-save link is a great way to promote your releases before your release date by getting fans to pre-save or pre-add the track on our biggest DSP partners Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer.
Once you’ve got your pre-save link you can share it with your friends, family, and fans, add it to your social media bios or include it in any promotion or press releases.
A pre-save link will open a landing page unique to your release with your cover art, release title and any stores that are available to pre-save the release on. See below for an example for lleo’s Am I Making Sense? release pre-save page.
A fan can choose their preferred service, say for example it’s Spotify, this will then prompt the fan to login to their Spotify account and give their consent for the release to be added to their library on release day.
And that’s it! On release day anyone that’s pre-saved your track will automatically be able to play it from their music library on that platform they selected.
Once your release is live, that pre-save link will convert to your Promo Link, so you can use the one URL to promote your release both before and after its release.
