If you no longer have your original audio and artwork files that you uploaded to create your release/s, we’ve got you covered. We’ve created a new download tool in your My Releases section which will allow you to download all your assets so you can re-upload these with another distributor if you wish.  

**Important** Make sure you download your files before you takedown your releases. If a release has been taken down, you will no longer be able to use the download tool 

To download your assets:  

• Login to your account  
• Go to the My Releases tab  
• Next to each release click the download button 
• A window will pop up and need to click the filename of each cover art file (JPG or PNG) and all audio files to download

• If your release has multiple audio files, you will need to click on each track individually to download
