We appreciate the patience of all our artists while we process all the refunds to artists whose subscriptions are ending.
We kindly ask you wait at least 30 days from December 1st 2022, before contacting our team about your refund as it may take that long for our team to process your refund, and for the normal 5-7 working days processed refunds then take to show in your account or on your original payment methods.
