There could be a number of reasons why your profile change request hasn’t worked, the good news is this can easily be fixed. These could include:
- Entering the wrong UPC or artist name.
- Entering the wrong links to the stores.
- Entering more than one release request in the form.
- Certain stores taking a little longer to process your request.
Please be patient and if you have been waiting for longer than 4 weeks, then request a new profile change here. Our team will be able to chase the request in the stores. Please select the option ‘No, I previously submitted a profile change request that has failed’ in the form as shown below:
