If you have an issue, the first thing you can do is search for the problem here in the Help Centre. We’re constantly adding and updating articles, and 90% of the time, your issue will be answered here in the Help Centre.
You can find the search on the Help Centre homepage, in the top right corner of every category and article page, and as a (?) Help widget in the bottom right corner of your artist account.
How can I contact support?
We know there are some problems that can only be solved by talking to our team, and in those cases, you will be able to find a link to submit a support ticket to our team in the article the issue relates to. Alternatively, you can click ‘Contact Us’ in the top bar to ask any support requests. We aim to respond to all support tickets within 48 hours.
Where do I send feedback about the site/service?
We make Spinnup for our artists, so it’s important to us that we make it the best possible distribution service it can be. If you have anything you would like to pass on about your experience using Spinnup, feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are also feedback surveys on the bottom of some of our emails, for example your order receipt, so keep an eye out for those. Please note that support requests sent to the address above will not be answered.
