How to get help when you need it
If you have an issue, the first thing you should do is search for the problem here in the Help Centre. We’re constantly adding and updating articles, and 90% of the time, your issue will be answered here in the Help Centre. Searching for your issue in the articles is the best way to get help as it’s instant.
You can find the search on the Help Centre homepage, in the top right corner of every category and article page, and as a (?) Help widget in the bottom right corner of your artist account.
How can I contact support?
We know there are some problems that can only be solved by talking to our team, and in those cases, you will be able to find a link to submit a support ticket to our team in the article the issue relates to.
If you speak to our support team
We ask you to remember that our team are here to help you. They spend all their working hours advising Spinnup artists and work as fast as they can to get to every query. Please be kind and polite when dealing with our team and provide as much information about your issue as you can so that they can solve your problem as quick as possible. We aim to respond to all support tickets within 48 hours.
