If you’re having issues paying for your release, here’s how to fix it and get your release on its way!
Before getting in touch with our team, please take a look through the below troubleshooting steps as they may fix it for you.
- Check you have enough money in your bank account or on your card to pay for the release – this counts even if you’re using a free voucher code, but don’t worry the release would still be free in that scenario
- Check your bank account accepts payments from Spinnyp by contacting them directly as they could have rejected the payment
- Make sure you’re not using the same payment method for multiple account. That’s against our Terms & Conditions as artists are only allowed to operate one account.
