If you go to pay for and submit your release to the stores but your payment doesn’t go through, there are a few things we ask that you check or do before you get in touch with our team.
- Check that your bank or country accepts payments from The Netherlands – that’s where Spinnup is registered
- Check your bank accepts payments from Spinnup and hasn’t refused payments from Spinnup in the past, if you’ve released with us before
- Double check you have enough money in your account or card to pay for the release
- Make sure you’re not using the same payment method for more than one Spinnup account. This is against our Terms & Conditions and means a certain payment method can only be used by one Spinnup account
