First of all, don’t panic. This will be a tech-related issue where release/s may appear ‘hidden’ from your artist dashboard, and the good news is it can easily be fixed.
If this has happened to your release/s please fill out this form and select the option 'Release has disappeared from Spinnup account' to let us know and specify which releases have disappeared from your artist account.
It’s really important to note that even though your release/s may not be visible in your Spinnup artist account for a short time, they should still be live in stores and you will keep earning royalties from your music being played, as per normal.
Once you let us know about the issue our tech team will look into this and get it fixed, which can take up to 7-10 business days, so we really appreciate your patience.
