When artists receive their sales reports one of the ways they are able to withdraw their earnings is via PayPal. If you have made a withdrawal from your artist account but the money hasn’t arrived in your PayPal account, please double check exactly which email address, and therefore PayPal account, you entered to send your royalties to.
If the email address entered was incorrect, and not your own PayPal account you have two options:
- Attempt to create a PayPal account with the incorrect email and claim the money right away
- Or wait 30 days from when the withdrawal request was made so that the money will automatically be returned to us from PayPal
For the second option, you will need to open this form and select the right category, fill out your details and send it to our team so we can help you with this request. We will need to see screenshots of the withdrawal history from your account, and the correct email where the money should have been sent so that we can send you your earnings manually.
