All Spinnup artists receive 100% of their royalties from their music being streamed and downloaded on stores, which are displayed in the monthly sales reports in your account. If for any reason you think your sales stats are wrong, it may be because:
- There’s technical issue with the stores
- A store is withholding revenues. More info on that here.
- It’s your first sales report with Spinnup. We report monthly, but your first sales report will take 2-3 months (we have another article for more info on sales report timing) to appear in your account. This is the way the stores report to us and unfortunately, we can’t speed this up.
- You’re looking at the wrong month. Because of the 2-3 month delay in reporting, your current sales report will be for a few months before, e.g. October revenues will be for streams from the month July. Read more on how Spinnup’s sales reports are formatted.
If you’ve checked the above and your stats are still incorrect, please fill out a request form and outline in as much detail where the discrepancy is so that we can investigate for you further.
