If you would like to change the email address your Spinnup account is registered to, you will need to follow the below steps:

• Login to your Spinnup account
• In the menu go to Settings
• Scroll down the page to ‘Change Email Address’ and enter the new email address you would like to use both to sign into your account, and receive communications from us
• You will receive an email with a link to verify your new email address. You must click on this within 24 hours to confirm the changes. 

What if I don’t have access to my Spinnup account?

If you don’t have access to your Spinnup account anymore, please fill out this form and choose ‘can’t login to my account’ as the account issue. Then fill out your details and include a message with some more information about the issue so that our team can start the security checks and help you get back into your account.
