You may be aware from our Terms and Conditions that outside the United States Spinnup customarily requires music stores to secure and pay for music publishing licenses. Where the music service does not agree to take on this responsibility in a particular country, we have to take the decision not to deliver music to such store in the affected countries and for this reason no Spinnup release will go live on any Apple service in India.
In order for Apple to take on the responsibility to secure and pay for music publishing licenses in Brazil, they require detailed publishing information and metadata for each track before it goes live. This information includes that of the creators (songwriters, publishers, contributors) of each song and their individual publishers.
At this time we are unable to provide Apple with this information, and as a result no Spinnup release will go live on any Apple service, that is Apple Music and iTunes, in Brazil.
All Spinnup releases will continue to be distributed worldwide to every one of our other 43 partner stores, as well as Apple Music and iTunes in all other countries, provided you select to make your music available worldwide when creating your release in your artist account.
