Once you have submitted your release, we'll do our best to review your release and make sure it’s delivered to stores as soon as possible. Every track that gets distributed with Spinnup is checked and approved by a real person to make sure it fits all the store guidelines before it can go live, and we appreciate your patience while we do this.
Here is a breakdown of what happens to your music once it's uploaded to Spinnup.
Awaiting approval from our staff
Once you have uploaded your release it will be reviewed by our releases team within 1-4 business days. We'll need to make sure it meets all the stores guidelines, and this may mean that we need you to make some edits to the release before it can be sent to the stores, but we'll advise what needs to be changed.
Approved & being uploaded to stores
Once the release has been approved by our team, we'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way to the stores.
Sent to Stores
Your release will be sent to the stores in 2-8 business days after you receive the ‘sent to stores’ email from us, and we'll send you a promo link once it's live in the first store.
Once your release is live in stores you will see trend data from Spotify, iTunes and Apple Music in your artist dashboard in 1-2 days.
